What is the difference between owner's engineering and EPC?

The EPC contractor designs, procures and builds the plant. The owner's engineer works for the investor, managing and supervising feasibility, permits, design and execution in the investor's interest. İklim Energy serves in both roles; for turnkey delivery see Solar Power Plants.
